Full Paper Preparation Guidelines

Authors must follow the Full paper template for preparing full papers.

Ensure that the full paper is formatted as per the given template (minimum 7 pages and maximum 12 pages).

Camera ready full papers to be submitted online via Easy Chair submission system portal..

All submitted papers will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers based on originality, technicality, significance and clarity.

All submitted manuscripts will be evaluated through Turnitin to detect plagiarism and identify any AI-generated content. Plagiarism Policy: Similarity index should not exceed 15% (excluding reference).

Prohibition of AI-Generated Papers: Submissions that are primarily generated by AI—without substantial human intellectual contribution-are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Generative AI may assist the writing process, but the core ideas, methodology, analysis, and conclusions must originate from the authors.

Disclosure of AI Assistance: Authors must clearly state in the manuscript (e.g., in the Acknowledgment or a dedicated section) if generative AI tools were used for language editing, summarization, or any other support. Undisclosed use of AI tools will be considered a violation of conference submission ethics and the submission can be rejected.If any model/data/table/figure is taken from any previously published work, authors must cite the adequate reference to the original work.

If any author(s) is using any copyrighted material, it is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to acquire required permission from the copyright holder. Otherwise, such papers will not be included in conference proceedings and will be discarded from further considerations.
